This modular grill comprises of three separate items, the stand, firebox, and grilling rack and in combination all three make up this Santa Maria Grill.  The advantage of this grill  being modular is that it gives you plenty of options of enjoying an open fire. In combination all three allow a traditional stand up barbecuing experience. On their own the firebox and grill  provide a smaller and portable grill to use in smaller spaces or on the go. In isolation the firebox can be loaded with logs and enjoyed as a fire pit. Finally the grilling rack can be removed and used over a kettle drum barbecue or campfire.

The key to the Santa Maria grill is that the rack has a cranking mechanism, which allows you to lower or raise the grate over the fire, giving you more control over the temperature.

Ideal to cook over both wood or charcoal.

The grilling rack can be removed and used in combination with a set of legs over a campfire or placed on top of a 57 cm kettle barbecue.

Fire poker included.

Two hooks to hang utensils.

Two wheels so the grill can be moved easily.

This comes in two sizes standard and large, this product is the Standard.
