Californian Grills is the trading name of the Kent based fabrication company, Digby Fabrication Ltd. Our barbecues are based upon the Santa Maria style grills, which originated in the Santa Maria Valley in central California.
The directors, Karen and Steve Bryant lived in Central California and saw how popular and practical these barbecues were, so they decided to launch their own versatile version of these grills to the UK market.

Grilling rack can be removed and used over a campfire or kettle drum barbeque.
