This is a fixed grill i.e. the stainless steel grilling rack cannot be removed from the base. The hand crank grilling mechanism allows you to control the temperature whilst cooking. The rack can be lowered into the box itself to provide maximum heat on different types of fuel and different amounts of fuel.
